"This coffee is an ultra-light roast from the Attikan Estate in Karnataka, India, with notes of sweet cream, ripe red cherries, plum, and chocolate. The beans were grown at 1650 MSL using a semi-washed process and fermented without oxygen before being sun-dried for 18 days."
